Luis was quick to assess, repair and even cleaned up the mess! If anyone knows the underside of any sink... it is rarely a pleasant area, let alone one that has had dirty water dripping! He was timely on his arrival and done quickly (the drains and disposal for my sink had to all be replaced) and I still had time to make dinner!

Rafael was very helpful with getting our clogged pipe upclogged and suggesting what would work for our needs. He took the time to explain the problem, and offered a couple of solutions. I could have gotten a cheaper company BUT I'm glad I didnt. The plumber showed up on time, was wearing a mask, covered his shoes upon entering and, believe it or not put a carpet down so as not to scratch my bathroom flooring. To top it all off, he cleaned up afterwards. Other plumbers leave marks on the carpet and debris all around. He left my bathroom as spotless as it was when he arrived. Making the appointment was easy and the customer service staff followed up right away and they phoned me to tell me that they were on the way. Perfection! Other service based companies could learn a lot from Mike Diamonds business model.

Nick, Mike Diamond, You are a very lucky Company to have Nick working for you! He was working at our House for 3 Days doing Plummbing work! He was always on time! He was a very hard working person! He was professional, and he was kind!! Nick was very focused on his work!!! But he was easy going, but so hard working! I was impressed! He makes his work looks easy!! But it is not easy!! Like I said, your Company is lucky have him!
